03.  Managing Timelines?

Scheduling, with budgets and timelines agreed with the client, design group and outside contractors, is a fundamental part of our work processes, and is an area we work closely with our clients to manage.

We understand the time-sensitive nature of the work we do,  and a mutually agreed schedule, and agreed responsibilities, does much to streamline slippage in timelines.

Encouraging open lines of communication and involvement from all stakeholders in the development of projects provides the link between business requirements and creative outcomes.

We encourage regular "work-in-progress" meetings with relevant staff to ensure deadlines are met at every stage of a project, and that the full requirements of the project brief and desired outcome is fulfilled.
